Office 365 includes free dictation - follow these basic instructions to try it out!
Here's an example with Word
Open Microsoft Word and create or open a document.
- Position your cursor where you want to start dictating.
- Click the Dictate icon on the Home Ribbon.
- The first time you do this, Word may ask for permission to use your microphone. Grant permission.
- Start speaking, and your spoken words will appear as text in the document 12.
Remember, dictation is a quick and easy way to get your thoughts down, create drafts, and capture notes using your voice!
